Founders Fred Hulls and Jeremy McGovern met in 2014 and discovered a mutual love of food and travel, so they thought it might be a good idea to travel the world together eating as much as possible in as many places as possible.

So they did.

Turns out they were right, it was a great idea.

During their travels in Fred’s homeland (England) he introduced Jeremy to the classic English dessert, Eton Mess.

“It’s good… it’s really good.” Jeremy mused aloud while eating far too much of the concoction.

“You don’t have it in America?” Fred asked bewildered.

“Mrrrh mrrrh.” Jeremy replied (mouth too full to properly form the words “We don’t.”)

In the exact same moment, their mission became clear; they were going to introduce the Eton Mess to America.

And here we are, in America, making Eatin’ Mess (clever play on the name) for you… and your friends, and friends you haven’t met yet.

We’ve mixed up the original dessert (whipped vanilla cream, Swiss meringue and berries) to something a little more sophisticated. The classic Raspberry Vanilla is made up of frozen vanilla custard, broken pieces of crunchy meringue, fresh berries and raspberry coulis. Creamy, sweet, crunchy and sharp - delicious!

With a base of crunchy meringue and frozen custard as a constant, Fred and Jeremy experiment in the kitchen, creating different toppings, flavors and textures to keep the dessert new and fresh.
